With the passage of time, today we have emerged as one of the leading manufacturers and exporters cotton fabrics, blended fabrics and other home furnishing items. We are led under the visionary guidance of our mentor Mr. Myilswamy Arumuga Gounder. Mr. A. Myilsamy is a DME holder and started his carrier on a small-scale basis. However, with his intellect, he made fast progress working in a textile mill in Tirupur and within a short period of time was promoted as a Manger where he worked for the next 6 years. Utilizing his in-depth experience and knowledge about the textile industry, he started his own firm with the name Arunaa Textiles. Thus, it can be said that his deep knowledge and entrepreneurship qualities has further helped us in achieving a soaring height of success. He further regularly guides and inspires our designers to design and develop new innovative products as per client’s requirement.

Spread in a sprawling area of 4500 square feet, our manufacturing unit is located 25 kms from Coimbatore at Karumathempatti. It is equipped with all the required machinery and tools to manufacture quality range of cotton fabrics, blended fabrics and home furnishing items. We follow ISO standard systems for manufacturing, marketing and offering our products to our clients based worldwide.

We have stationed different kinds of machines at our manufacturing unit that are sourced from the reliable and reputed names in the industry. Furthermore, to carry the reeling, throwing and other processes proficiently, we have different kinds of shuttle less looms like:

 

• Latest model shuttle less auto looms from Sulzer brand
• 8 color weft insertion facility
• Airjet looms from Picanal brand

Apart from the above mentioned facilities, we also have the capability to execute bulk orders and offer customization as per client’s requirement. Thus, owing to our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, today we have the production capacity of 5 lakh meters per month.

We are having 20 latest generation, high speed PICANOL DELTA Airjet weaving machines with pick insertion rate of 720 per minute for grey fabrics weaving. These are capable of producing wide variety of grey fabrics; we can produce grey width from 52 inches upto grey width of 72 inches the typical GSM (weight in gms/sq mtr) varies from 190 to 450 grams/sq.mtr for grey fabrics. The counts used, ranges from Ne10 O.E. to Ne 60/1 and 120/2 (R.S.). The typical qualities that we manufacture the grey fabrics are Duck, Drill, Oxford, Plain Gabardine, Twill, Check and Satin. Other than 100% Cotton grey fabrics, We work with Polycotton, Poly Viscose, Denier weft, Thus increasing our product mix. In addition, we run on job order conversion as well. In job order, we have run Chambray with double colour two colour check (Gigaum check) other than grey fabrics.
